The combination of all the ingredients in Revive Active joint care provides the necessary benefits to help maintain joint mobility, good health and well being in dogs and cats.

Active Ingredients per tablet: Glucosamine HCL 600 mg, Green Lipped Mussel 90 mg, Chondroitin sulphate 80 mg, MSM 400 mg, Manganese 1.2 mg;

Non medicinal ingredients: Brewer’s yeast, Silicon dioxide, Duck Flavour, Steric acid.

INITIAL DOSAGE PER DAY

Feed by hand or crumble and mix with food.

0 – 6 kg (0 – 13 lbs) – 1/2 tablet daily
6.1 – 12 kg (14 – 26 lbs) – 1 tablet daily
12.1 – 26 kg (27 – 58 lbs) – 2 tablets daily
26.1 – 50 kg (59 – 110 lbs) – 3 tablets daily
50.1 – 60 kg (111 – 132 lbs) – 4 tablets daily
60 kg+ (133 lbs +) – 4 1/2 tablets daily
Cats – 1/2 tablet daily

Adjust after 6 – 8 weeks to 3/4 or to 1/2 of initial dose or according to your
animal’s needs
