At Pets Drug Mart Canada, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your pet's new apparel or accessories aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your fashion items are in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a return.

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and include your order slip.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
